About SPFCA

Society for Promotion and Farm Animal (SPFCA) has been established with its headquarters at Bihar veterinary College Campus, Bihar Animal Sciences University (BASU), Patna, Bihar as per Society Registration Act -21, 1860 through Registration, Excise & Prohibition Department, Government of Bihar.  The society became operational from 16 March 2020 with the it`s certification vide Registration no.-S20039/2019-20. The new society has been formed to create greater awareness in and Bihar about up keepings of companion and farm animals through animal welfare education, veterinary training, and their promotion among the pet lover and farmers as well. To further expand the horizon of the Society and strengthen the promotion of farm and companion animal, national and international seminars/webinars and symposium are being organised.
